- + $25 travel cost for more than 10 miles
- $160 flat rate rebuild - this includes backing up whatever data we can, wiping the hard drive, performing a clean install of the operating system, installing operating system updates, restoring data, installing basic apps like Adobe Flash and Reader, Java, LibreOffice, etc
Business Contracts
Basic Package $299/month
- remote monitoring - up to 75 devices and 15 servers, this allows your computers, servers, printers, switches, etc to communicate with a master 'brain' , from there we can tell when your disks are filling up, when your network errors are happening, when your computer are starting to fail, by performing this service before something fails hard it is less distruptive and costly
- website and email accounts - 20 GB of web space and up to 30 email accounts for your business
- support calls are discounted to $75
- contract is for one year at a time
Premier Package
- remote monitoring - up to 75 devices and 15 servers
- website and email accounts - 50 GB of web space and up to 100 email accounts for your business
- includes patching/updating of operating systems
- cost is per device per month, computers $40, servers $90, printers $25, VoIP phones $10
